Maintain or rebuild
Industrial companies have a lot of equipment that must be monitored. This applies to all technical equipment covered by AT 1109, and also everything else needed to make production and business function. Hand Tools, Fire Fighting Equipment, Ventilation, Lifting Equipment, First Aid Equipment, Ladders, PPE, Machine Maintenance, and much more
With Readunit, you can both run the annual statutory safety inspection and your ongoing maintenance. You can create a machine in the system and request to receive a message when a knife/saw should be changed or rotating parts should be rotated. When the task appears, the technician goes to the machine and scans the QR code, and then come the predefined test points. Once the task is completed, it disappears from the list of work that is to be carried out and shows up again when the next interval is due.
Fantastic and instant overview
Locations can be set up to keep an overview of equipment. A location can be a hall or department. All of the main and sub-locations that are needed can be set up.
Automatic notifications – Readunit does the work for you
Readunit can send automatic notifications out to its own employees and to external suppliers. If you test your own lifting gear, the system will automatically send information about upcoming tests of lifting gear to the relevant persons. If you have external parties perform checks on your fire fighting equipment, the system can send notifications to your suppliers with the message:
“It is time for INDUSTRY A/S to undergo an inspection. There are 52 units, as can be seen in the table below.”
“Please Contact Peter from the maintenance department to arrange a date for an inspection”
